Policies of Changes, Cancellations and Returns

CHANGES

At BLUËIN we accept the following changes under certain conditions expressed below:

  • size changes

  • Changes due to manufacturing defects

TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE

  • Any change in size must be made within a maximum period of 10 business days after the purchase is made.

  • Any change due to manufacturing defects must be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after the purchase is made.

 

Any request for change after these deadlines will not be accepted. 

PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHANGES

To make the change, the products must be in the following conditions:

SIZE CHANGES

I. The products must not show traces of use or abuse, that is, the sole, interiors and exteriors must be free of stains or dirt from use and free of signs of abuse.

II. The Client must request the change through a message to ventas@blueinshoes.com indicating the reason for the change, the date of purchase, folio number, model and size to be changed.

III. The Client must send to BLUËIN (Cdmx) the products to be exchanged. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

 

IV. Once BLUËIN receives the product, checks its integrity and condition, and approves the change, it will contact the Customer to proceed with the change. 

CHANGES BY DEFAULTS 

I. The Client must request the change due to manufacturing defects or defects in materials through a message to ventas@blueinshoes.com indicating the reason for the change, the date of purchase, folio number, model and size, and you must attach images or video where they clearly show the manufacturing or material defects.

II. If the change is approved, the product must be sent to BLUËIN (CDMX) within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days. Once BLUËIN receives the product and verifies its integrity and condition, BLUËIN will determine if the change is appropriate and will give instructions to the Customer to proceed with it. The shipping cost will be borne by BLUËIN retroactively.

NOTE: Some materials such as glitters are delicate and may loosen with use, this case is not considered a material defect by BLUËIN.

 

CANCELLATIONS

I. BLUËIN accepts cancellations of orders requested within a maximum period of 24 hours. After 24 hours of requesting the order, the cancellation will not proceed.

III. The Client must send a message to ventas@blueinshoes.com requesting the cancellation of their order and must indicate the date of purchase, folio number, model and size. 

RETURNS

BLUËIN accepts returns of products that have not been to your complete satisfaction.

 

PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE RETURN 

I. The Client must request the return through a message to ventas@blueinshoes.com indicating the reason for the return, the date of purchase, folio number, model and size.

III.The Client must send to BLUËIN (Cdmx) the product(s) to be returned, which must not beshow traces of use or abuse, that is, the sole, interiors and exteriors must be free of stains or dirt from use and free of signs of abuse.

 

IV. Once BLUËIN receives the product and checks its integrity and condition, will determine if the return proceeds and will give instructions to the Client to proceed with it.
