IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Exchange and Return Policies y Cancellations

 

At BLUËIN SHOES we accept changes under certain conditions expressed below. At Bluëin Shoes we do not accept returns.

I. Any change must be made within a maximum period of 15 business days after the purchase is made. Changes or returns after 15 business days of having purchased the product will not be accepted. In changes due to manufacturing defects, the Customer has 30 calendar days to request the change.

II.  Bluëin Shoes ACCEPTS changes to models or sizes that the Client has received and that are not in the original order._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-138d5cf5cf5cf5

III. Bluëin Shoes ACCEPTS changes of models or sizes that the Customer has received correctly but wants to change. The above is subject to additional costs for exchange and shipping.

IV. Bluëin Shoes ACCEPTS changes due to manufacturing defects or defects in materials.

V. Bluëin Shoes DOES NOT ACCEPT changes de products purchased in rebaja o liquidation or products that have been part of a promotion.

SAW. Bluëin Shoes DOES NOT ACCEPT changes in products that show damage due to use or abuse, that are dirty, or that show damage to the sole. In case of requesting an exchange due to manufacturing defects, the product may show traces of use, but not abuse, which will be left to the discretion of Bluëin Shoes to proceed with the exchange.

 

VII. Bluëin Shoes DOES NOT ACCEPT returns.

PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHANGES

I. The Client must request the change  through a message to blueinshoes@gmail.com indicating the reason for the change, the date of purchase, folio number, model and size. In case of exchange due to a manufacturing defect, the Customer must attach images where it clearly shows the defects.

II. If the change is approved, the product must be sent to Bluëin Shoes (CDMX) within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days. Once Bluëin Shoes receive the product and verify its integrity and condition, Bluëin Shoes will determine if the change proceeds and will give instructions to the Customer. 

II. In exchanges of products that the Customer has received correctly, but wishes to change, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. Changes in size or model may be subject to additional costs, which Bluëin Shoes will indicate to the Client. 

 

III. In changes to products that the Customer has received incorrectly, the shipping costs will be borne by Bluëin Shoes.

 

CANCELLATIONS

I. Bluëin Shoes ACCEPTS order cancellations requested within a maximum period of 24 hrs. After 24 hrs of having requested the order, the cancellation will not proceed.

III. The Client must send a message to ventas@blueinshoes.com requesting the cancellation of his order and must indicate the date on which he requested it y el/the models and sizes requested. It is at the discretion of Bluëin Shoes to proceed with the cancellation of the order.

In case of having the requested product in stock, the shipment will be made in a period of 2 to 3 business days. If the requested product is not in stock, it will be transferred to production. Production time is listed below. 

Storage

Bluëin Shoes will notify the Client when your order is ready for pickup. Said notification may be sent to the Client through an email, text message of Facebook, WhatsApp or Messenger or through a phone call. Once the notification has been sent, the Client will have 15 business days to proceed with its collection. As of the 16th, Bluëin Shoes will charge the Client $50.00 MXN per week for storage up to a maximum of 30 calendar days. As of the 31st, the Customer will lose their product and will not be subject to reimbursement. 

Shipments

 

Bluëin Shoes uses the parcel services of the international company DHL to send its products. Shipping time to destinations within the Mexican Republic may vary between 2 and 5 business days.​ In international shipments, the shipping time can vary between 5 y 10 business days.

 

It is necessary for the Client to provide Bluëin Shoes with the complete shipping address including: street, interior number, exterior number, block and lot (if applicable), neighborhood or subdivision, delegation or neighborhood, city, zip code and country. It is also essential to send a telephone (home, cell or office) and an email through which the parcel company can be contacted if necessary. 

 

Bluëin Shoes IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are returned to their origin due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Client, as well as for not being at the indicated address after 3 visits by the parcel company to the address.

 

​Bluëin Shoes IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays in the delivery of the products by the parcel company, as well as partial or total loss of the package or any damage to the package or the products during their journey to their final destination.

Oversized Shoes

 

At BLUËIN SHOES we can manufacture custom-made slippers under a certainas conditions.

  1. Bluëin Shoes can manufacture shoes for people with wide feet or bunions or other conditions with the prior consent of Bluëin Shoes and the Client.

  2. Bluëin Shoes can NOT manufacture shoes in sizes smaller than size 1 or larger than size 8. 

  3. B.luëin Shoes does NOT make copies of models from other brands.

PROCEDURE TO REQUEST TAILORED SHOES

  1. The Customer must send their footprints with measurements to ventas@blueinshoes.com following the instructions in the "Options" / "Measures" tab of the web page menu to the letter.

  2. In case the client requires modifications once the shoes are received, the Client must send images to Bluëin Shoes of the product worn, clearly indicating the areas in which the modification is required, and must send the product to the address indicated.

  3. The shipping costs will be borne by the Client, as well as additional expenses that may be generated by the modification or replacement of the shoes.

By placing your order, the Customer ACCEPTS the above points and agrees to the manufacture of their shoes. 

Production time

 

Production time will depend on the number of pairs requested and the availability of materials. Production time for orders of 1 to 5 pairs is approximately 10 to 15 business days. The production time for orders of 6 to 10 pairs is approximately 15 to 20 business days. For orders greater than 10 pairs, please contact Bluëin Shoes. In case of not having all materials of the order, Bluëin shoes will let the customer know the approximate production time.
